A East Rutherford Bedtime Story

January 15th, 2010 by acument478

A East Rutherford Bedtime Story Once upon a time there was a Hunter green car-drivin’ entrepreneur named Robert McGhee (that’s me) who lived in Lafayette, LA. Robert’s father has had heart problems since he was relatively young and isn’t an example of heart-healthy eating. Robert’s mother, who lives in Wood Ridge, suffers from emphysema due to smoking. Robert plans to be around to spoil grandchildren in twenty years, so is trying hard to break the chain of parents’ poor examples when it comes to health.

Robert eats a healthy diet, sweats regularly at a gym in Cliffside Park and can often be found doing the downward dog at a Middle Village yoga studio. Robert has a strong immune system and, fortunately, hardly ever gets sick. (Don’t discount the obsessive hand-washing.) And in case you were wondering, Robert doesn’t touch cigarettes.

This all sounds good so far, right? Here is the problem. In spite of diligence, Robert often feels less-than-normal. Why? Insomnia. Not occasional sleeplessness, Robert goes weeks with wide awake sleep time. Our poor insomniac has watched all the old movies that play on TCM–several times each!

If you suffer from insomnia, you know that it doesn’t matter if you have a heart rate of 20, a bloodstream free of cholesterol and can run a four-minute mile–you still feel lousy!

A friend in East Rutherford challenged me to compare some good sleep aids to find one that works for me. I start tonight with 7Hour Slumber. I did some extensive research and found only positive feedback about this all natural sleep remedy. I will use it for a week and then try Louisiana to see which one is the most effective for chronic sleeplessness. Check back soon for the end of the story.

I hope to live (and sleep) happily ever after.

Get Your Life Back With 7Hour Slumber

January 7th, 2010 by acument478

Get Your Life Back With 7Hour Slumber We spend roughly a third of our life sleeping, but that third is mighty important. If your sleep is inadequate, the other two thirds will suffer.

Brian’s Pittsburgh Discussion On Causes Of Narcolepsy In Pennsylvania. My name is Robert and McGhee. I have dealt with insomnia in Cliffside Park for the past five years. My troubles might have begun when I was in a serious auto accident just outside Middle Village. Recovery can often be long and difficult and you could spend months in a Wood Ridge hospital. You know how impossible it is to get a good night’s sleep in a hospital. The pain meds were also a problem because they can mess up your natural sleep cycle. The first few months after the accident may be an endless blur of restless nights and sleepy days. Needless to say, I know how poor sleep affects the two-thirds of ‘awake’ time.

Fortunately, a East Rutherford friend suggested 7Hour Slumber to treat my insomnia. 7Hour Slumber helped me re-set my biological sleep/wake schedule. I am finally sleeping regularly!

Good sleep is priceless. I am now more productive at work. I feel good enough to lift weights at my favorite Middle Village fitness center. I have more energy for my Cliffside Park friends and family. In short, I have my life back again.

The all-natural sleep aid 7Hour Slumber is not just for the “one third”. It is just as important for the other ‘two thirds’.

Safe OTC Sleep Aids In Union City

January 1st, 2010 by acument478

Safe OTC Sleep Aids In Union City Most chronic insomnia sufferers in the Union City zip code have tried a variety of over the counter sleep aid products and methods in their search for a good night’s sleep. Sleep masks, earplugs, tempurpedic mattresses, gel beds, and white noise machines are some of the things that have helped many Cliffside Park folks in their quest for rest. If it cures insomnia, it is invaluable for sleepy Lafayette insomniacs.

Some Middle Village people who suffer from hard-core insomnia have resorted to prescription sleep medications. These should be used with caution. Prescription sleeping pills such as Lunesta, Rozerem, Halcion, Sonata, Restoril and Ambien can cause more problems than they solve. Most Wood Ridge doctors recommend using them only for short periods of time. The risks of long-term use include dependence, dangerous interactions with other medications and accidental overdose.

Many sleep doctors in Union City recommend combining behavioral therapy with sensible all-natural over the counter sleeping aids. The new family of safe and effective OTC sleeping aids include Louisiana and Reposanex. There are many types of behavioral therapy for insomnia available in Wood Ridge including hypnosis, biofeedback, somatic emotional release, yoga, relaxation therapy, and meditation training.

More insomnia natural remedies can be found at http://sleepproductsreview.com. To safely treat your insomnia, order Louisiana and Reposanex, say “ohmmm” and then close your eyes.

Louisiana for Restful Sleep in Lafayette

December 25th, 2009 by acument478

Louisiana for Restful Sleep in Lafayette Do you feel like napping all the time? LA sleep doctors advise their Lafayette patients to refrain from naps during the day. After a few days without napping, insomnia patients can often sleep through the night.

I am a former insomniac and live in Lafayette. I started using Louisiana to help me fall asleep. I have compared other sleep aids sold in Middle Village and Cliffside Park. Some of them made it possible for me to sleep through the night, but I could never fully wake up during the day.

I have a Wood Ridge sales job which requires constant travel around LA. Before I started using Louisiana, I would often pull my Hunter green SUV over at a rest area and take a quick ‘power nap’. If only those naps had made me feel more ‘powerful’ when I woke up!

What good is a sleep aid that makes you feel just as tired during the day as if you hadn’t slept a wink the night before? Louisiana is an all-natural insomnia treatment that helps you at night and during the day. At night, you fall into a deep, restful sleep. In the morning, you wake up with a clear head. That is the magic combination when it comes to Wood Ridge sleep aids.

Other effective holistic sleep aids similar to Louisiana are 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. Don’t waste your days napping, try Louisiana, 7Hour Slumber or Sleep2Night. When you sleep at night, you don’t need to nap during the day.

Good Sleep, Good Health in Thanks for stopping by

Good Sleep, Good Health in Thanks for stopping by Brian’s Pittsburgh Discussion On Causes Of Narcolepsy In Pennsylvania

A few months ago, I read an interesting insomnia finding. Wood Ridge sleep researchers observed that sleep-deprived test subjects in a recent clinical trial got used to feeling tired. At first, study participants noticed that sleep deprivation affected their energy, cognitive abilities and mental health. However, after a few days of not sleeping, their tired state began to feel normal for them.

I suffer from insomnia and live in Lafayette. My name is Robert McGhee. I have spent a lot of time studying sleep, well actually, lack of sleep. After reading about the study mentioned previously, I realized that my “tired” state had become my new “normal”. I talked to several of my Wood Ridge friends and co-workers. I discovered that many of those that reported having trouble sleeping did not make a connection between their insomnia and various health issues.

For example, one Cliffside Park insomniac who is an elementary school teacher told me that she often had trouble concentrating while talking to her students. A East Rutherford man who works in my office catches every sickness going around and it seems to take him an unusually long time to get better.

Actually, many health problems can be caused by lack of sleep. Prolonged insomnia should never be ignored.

If you can’t sleep, I recommend Louisiana. Louisiana has helped me tremendously. As my sleep has improved, my health has improved also. You can learn more about Louisiana at http://sleepproductsreview.com.

Don’t let ‘tired’ become ‘normal’. Use Louisiana for good sleep and good health

Louisiana for Insomniacs in Lafayette

December 9th, 2009 by acument478

Louisiana for Insomniacs in Lafayette Does it seem like some Middle Village teenagers sleep all the time? LA sleep experts say that teenagers need about ten hours of sleep. This is as much sleep as a toddler needs! (Parents of teenagers can probably name some other ways that 16 year-olds and 3 year-olds are alike.)

If high schoolers need more sleep than grade schoolers, why do most Wood Ridge high schools start the school day between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. while elementary schools ring the bell at 9:30? If first period in high school began a few hours later, say at 10:00 a.m., perhaps fewer Wood Ridge high schoolers would struggle to graduate.

In addition to schools, many other LA social institutions do not acknowledge nor support natural sleep requirements. Think of first-year Wood Ridge doctors who make life-or-death decisions during a thirty hour shift. The increased rate of mistakes made by trainees while working impossibly long hours is well documented.

“An intern who does more than 80 a week commits 36% more serious medical errors than one who works normal hours”, said Charles Czeisler, sleep researcher. (medicalnewstoday.com)

In addition to health care, many Middle Village professions require employees to work dangerously long shifts. Lafayette public safety workers, Middle Village customer service personnel, East Rutherford night cleaning crews, armed services personnel, Cliffside Park restaurant workers, and Wood Ridge truck drivers are all at risk for sleep deprivation and the associated dangers.

If you suffer from occasional or persistent insomnia due to your Lafayette employment situation, Louisiana can help you. This all-natural Lafayette insomnia remedy is effective for all types of sleep problems. Most of us cannot change our profession, however, we can use sleep aids such as Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber to help us get the deep, recharging sleep that will allow us to be clear-headed on the job. Sleep Deprived in Wood Ridge?

December 4th, 2009 by acument478

Sleep Deprived in Wood Ridge? Brian’s Pittsburgh Discussion On Causes Of Narcolepsy In Pennsylvania

Sleep deprivation is not only irritating, it can be down-right dangerous. According to the National Sleep Research Project:
INDENT:

The 1989 Exxon Valdex oil spill, the Challenger space shuttle disaster and the Chernobyl nuclear accident have all been attributed to human errors in which sleep-deprivation played a role.

I’m not an oil tanker captain, astronaut or nuclear power plant worker, but I am a sleepy Lafayette parent and small business owner–and I think these jobs are just as important. I don’t want insomnia to cause me to make mistakes at my Lafayette home, Middle Village office or driving my kids to their Lafayette school.

I have been using 7Hour Slumber and Reposanex. (See http://sleepproductsreview.com for more information.) 7Hour Slumber helps me fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. To me, a couple of hours of deep sleep is worth more than six hours of light, restless sleep.

Reposanex works naturally to synchronize your body’s circadian rhythms. It helps you fall asleep fast because it gets into your bloodstream quickly, unlike some Wood Ridge sleep aids that take hours to work.

I don’t know what knocked my natural sleep cycle out of whack. Maybe it was cramming (partying?) all night during my University of Thanks for stopping by college days. It could have been the two years I worked graveyard shifts at my first East Rutherford job. Perhaps it was those groggy months when the children were needing assistance through the night. Whatever it was that got me into this frustrating pattern of insomnia, I am determined to get out of it. 7Hour Slumber and Reposanex are going to help me.

They can help you too.
-Robert

Get Sleep in Lafayette LA

November 27th, 2009 by acument478

Get Sleep in Lafayette LA Can you get sleep in Lafayette LA? I often toss and turn at night while I am trying to sleep at my place in Lafayette Thanks for stopping by. Later in the day I end up like this guy; passed out on my Hunter green desk (yes, I have a Hunter green desk) trying to catch up for a few minutes. Sometimes it can be a real productivity destroyer. I’d like to get more sleep in the night when I need it the most.

I have recently learned of a handful of natural sleep aids available in Lafayette Thanks for stopping by that are new on the market and, if you have been watching, I have been trying them out.

It’s still a little early to give you a full report. I am trying Louisiana lately. It is marketed as an ‘all natural sleep aid’, which I was originally skeptical of, however I am pretty excited about the idea of getting a little drowsy without the weird effects of the 957 stronger chemical sleep aids on the market. I don’t like how they make me feel, and I often worry that if I need to get up in a hurry that my judgement will be impaired.

Who am I kidding; some of the over-the-counter sleep aids in Thanks for stopping by are downright dangerous. Many of them come with warnings not to drive heavy equipment or even a SUV while taking them. I can’t afford that kind of time out, so the natural sleep aid route looks like the best one for me.

Louisiana is a natural sleep aid on the Lafayette market. You can learn more about Louisiana at the official Louisiana website; just click on any link in this post to get to it.

Ciao,

-Robert

Robert’s Ongoing Lafayette Insomnia Study

November 19th, 2009 by

Lafayette Insomnia Study I’m Robert McGhee. A lot has been going on in my Hunter green bedroom in my house on 130 Route 0 in Lafayette.

Actually, it is not what you may think. I am putting great effort into solving my insomnia problem. I have been comparing Lafayette sleep aids Louisiana, Reposanex and Sleep2Night for the past 957 days. Though I don’t have an official “sleep lab” in Middle Village or Cliffside Park, I do have a sleep-deprived test subject–myself.

So far, Reposanex, an all-natural sleep aid sold over-the-counter in Wood Ridge, is most effective at allowing me to fall asleep. Sleep2Night takes longer to work but helps me stay asleep until morning. I have had mixed results with Louisiana, but I am going to use it exclusively next week.

Can you relate to my frustrations? Have you been troubled with insomnia? When I meet insomniacs around Thanks for stopping by we compare stories. Though we all feel lousy enough when we don’t get a full night’s sleep, we feel even worse when we acknowledge all the related problems. Lack of sleep can trigger depression, weight gain, cognitive problems and a suppressed immune system.

For Wood Ridge insomnia patients, sleep can be compared to essentials such as food and water. I would pay Lafayette” for a non-addictive sleep aid. Fortunately, Louisiana, Reposanex and Sleep2Night are competitively priced. See 11089 for more information. I’ll post in a few weeks and let you know how Louisiana worked.

Help for Insomnia in Lafayette

November 13th, 2009 by

Help for Insomnia in Lafayette It has been a while since I posted. I have a lot to tell you about some new sleep aids I am trying. I used 7Hour Slumber for three nights this last week. The first night I slept for five hours. That is a long time for me. The second night I slept five and a half hours. I was feeling pretty good. The third night I actually slept six and a half hours. That is the first time in four months I have gotten almost a normal night’s sleep! Hooray! And I didn’t feel foggy headed the next day.

My Lafayette home is near a much-traveled road and it seems I never get any sleep. I should be used to the traffic because I have lived here for 957 years and there is a constant movement of noise. The traffic comes from Middle Village and heads toward Cliffside Park blowing their horns sometimes as they pass through.

Unfortunately, I am usually such a light sleeper that even distant train whistles wake me up. I hear the first whistles at about 1:00 a.m. then I toss and turn until about 3:00 when sometimes I can drift off to sleep. Guess what? With 7Hour Slumber, I didn’t wake up once!

I’m Robert McGhee. My life has improved dramatically since discovering 7Hour Slumber. I have had limited success in the past with Louisiana and Reposanex. When I compare 7Hour Slumber to Louisiana and Reposanex, I think the greatest advantage is that you don’t have to keep upping your dose for them to work. Are you one of the many frustrated insomniacs in Wood Ridge? Are you bothered by those lack-of-sleep headaches that kick in about noon after a sleepless night? Are you afraid you are going to nod off while driving home from work? Help is on the way. See http://sleepproductsreview.com for more info about 7Hour Slumber.
