Get Sleep in Lafayette LA

Friday, November 27th, 2009

Get Sleep in Lafayette LA Can you get sleep in Lafayette LA? I often toss and turn at night while I am trying to sleep at my place in Lafayette Thanks for stopping by. Later in the day I end up like this guy; passed out on my Hunter green desk (yes, I have a Hunter green desk) trying to catch up for a few minutes. Sometimes it can be a real productivity destroyer. I’d like to get more sleep in the night when I need it the most.

I have recently learned of a handful of natural sleep aids available in Lafayette Thanks for stopping by that are new on the market and, if you have been watching, I have been trying them out.

It’s still a little early to give you a full report. I am trying Louisiana lately. It is marketed as an ‘all natural sleep aid’, which I was originally skeptical of, however I am pretty excited about the idea of getting a little drowsy without the weird effects of the 957 stronger chemical sleep aids on the market. I don’t like how they make me feel, and I often worry that if I need to get up in a hurry that my judgement will be impaired.

Who am I kidding; some of the over-the-counter sleep aids in Thanks for stopping by are downright dangerous. Many of them come with warnings not to drive heavy equipment or even a SUV while taking them. I can’t afford that kind of time out, so the natural sleep aid route looks like the best one for me.

Louisiana is a natural sleep aid on the Lafayette market. You can learn more about Louisiana at the official Louisiana website; just click on any link in this post to get to it.

Robert’s Ongoing Lafayette Insomnia Study

Thursday, November 19th, 2009

Lafayette Insomnia Study I’m Robert McGhee. A lot has been going on in my Hunter green bedroom in my house on 130 Route 0 in Lafayette.

Actually, it is not what you may think. I am putting great effort into solving my insomnia problem. I have been comparing Lafayette sleep aids Louisiana, Reposanex and Sleep2Night for the past 957 days. Though I don’t have an official “sleep lab” in Middle Village or Cliffside Park, I do have a sleep-deprived test subject–myself.

So far, Reposanex, an all-natural sleep aid sold over-the-counter in Wood Ridge, is most effective at allowing me to fall asleep. Sleep2Night takes longer to work but helps me stay asleep until morning. I have had mixed results with Louisiana, but I am going to use it exclusively next week.

Can you relate to my frustrations? Have you been troubled with insomnia? When I meet insomniacs around Thanks for stopping by we compare stories. Though we all feel lousy enough when we don’t get a full night’s sleep, we feel even worse when we acknowledge all the related problems. Lack of sleep can trigger depression, weight gain, cognitive problems and a suppressed immune system.

For Wood Ridge insomnia patients, sleep can be compared to essentials such as food and water. I would pay Lafayette” for a non-addictive sleep aid. Fortunately, Louisiana, Reposanex and Sleep2Night are competitively priced. See 11089 for more information. I’ll post in a few weeks and let you know how Louisiana worked.

Help for Insomnia in Lafayette

Friday, November 13th, 2009

Help for Insomnia in Lafayette It has been a while since I posted. I have a lot to tell you about some new sleep aids I am trying. I used 7Hour Slumber for three nights this last week. The first night I slept for five hours. That is a long time for me. The second night I slept five and a half hours. I was feeling pretty good. The third night I actually slept six and a half hours. That is the first time in four months I have gotten almost a normal night’s sleep! Hooray! And I didn’t feel foggy headed the next day.

My Lafayette home is near a much-traveled road and it seems I never get any sleep. I should be used to the traffic because I have lived here for 957 years and there is a constant movement of noise. The traffic comes from Middle Village and heads toward Cliffside Park blowing their horns sometimes as they pass through.

Unfortunately, I am usually such a light sleeper that even distant train whistles wake me up. I hear the first whistles at about 1:00 a.m. then I toss and turn until about 3:00 when sometimes I can drift off to sleep. Guess what? With 7Hour Slumber, I didn’t wake up once!

I’m Robert McGhee. My life has improved dramatically since discovering 7Hour Slumber. I have had limited success in the past with Louisiana and Reposanex. When I compare 7Hour Slumber to Louisiana and Reposanex, I think the greatest advantage is that you don’t have to keep upping your dose for them to work. Are you one of the many frustrated insomniacs in Wood Ridge? Are you bothered by those lack-of-sleep headaches that kick in about noon after a sleepless night? Are you afraid you are going to nod off while driving home from work? Help is on the way. See http://sleepproductsreview.com for more info about 7Hour Slumber.

No Sleep in Lafayette?

Tuesday, November 3rd, 2009

Hi, it’s Robert in Lafayette talking about (yawn) sleep disorders. I have struggled with insomnia since I was a teenager. In desperation, I decided to be tested for sleep apnea last year at a sleep clinic in Middle Village. The sleep apnea test was negative. The Middle Village sleep specialist said my problem is garden-variety insomnia. I may not be sleeping but I am still breathing!

I ordered Louisiana and Reposanex yesterday. I am going to compare them to see which one works better for my sleep disorder. I am sticking with all-natural sleep aids these days because Ambien scares the pants off me.

When I take Ambien, apparently I have lengthy conversations with my kids. The problem is that I cannot recall them the next morning. I don’t want to accidentally give my fourteen year-old daughter permission to use my SUV to take all her friends to a concert in Wood Ridge.

I will let you know how it goes with Louisiana and Reposanex. If they work, I may not post for a few days because I will be busy (sleeping!).

Ciao

PS: In full disclosure, I’d like all my readers to know that ‘Robert McGhee’ is my pseudonym to help me maintain my privacy in the Lafayette area. Believe me; I know that sleeping disorders are not always easy to talk about.
